A Little About Tiffany…
On the Internet, Tiffany is probably best known for her infographics that you may have seen bobbing around. After graduating 2 years ago from the University of Leeds with a first class degree in New Media, Tiffany was hired straightaway as a designer for a start-up in Bristol, UK where she fell into the role of an information designer quite accidentally, and designed quite literally hundreds of infographics covering a wide range of topics for a number of online and print publications.

Since then, she has freelanced for a number of organisations including Fast Company and Column Five Media and is now currently employed as a designer by none other than the rather awesome JESS3!
Where she works
Tiffany is currently working as a senior designer for JESS3, a creative agency that specialises in data visualisation.
When she isn’t designing, you can find her:
- Immersing herself in a good sci-fi / fantasy book
- Playing World of Warcraft
- Drinking a cup of coffee or green tea
- Hiking up a nearby hill or mountain
- Studying Japanese
- Wine tasting
- Listening to classic rock or power metal
- Petting her cat
- Kicking people’s butts at Guitar Hero
- Learning herbalism… because it could come in handy.
What’s the obsession with Japan?
A little known fact about Tiffany is that she has been a student of Japanese for over 6 years. In 2005 she left the UK for a year to live and study in Japan in a small town smack bang in the middle of Kyoto and Osaka. It was the best year of her life and the friends she made there will be her friends for life. There are many things she misses about Japan however: 24 hour noodle bars, Domo-kun, temples, fire festivals, ume-shu, karaoke, great public transport and last but not least the people.
