Oh deconstruction, I love you so! There’s something wonderfully simple about taking an item, or product that we all know and love and breaking it down in to its most basic components.
Ursus Wehrli’s (who happens to be a compulsively tidy designer) new book - The Art of Clean Up focuses on just this, where he takes ordinary, everyday objects and organises them in quirky, unique ways.
Putting order to the normality of chaos, shows these objects in new lights, and changes your perspective on how you had probably looked at these objects your entire life. Such a simple idea, executed beautifully.
